The Phase 2 Cycle 5 report of the WHOIS Accuracy Reporting System (ARS) acts as a follow-on to the Phase 2 Cycle 4 report published June 2017, the Phase 2 Cycle 3 report published December 2016, the Phase 2 Cycle 2 report published in June 2016, and the Phase 2 Cycle 1 report published in December 2015. During Phase 2 Cycle 4 ICANN again measured both the syntax and operability accuracy of WHOIS records in gTLDs as compared to the requirements of the 2009 and 2013 Registrar Accreditation Agreements (RAAs).
